♦ Evaluation pattern of assessing student performance in academic activities CPT exam, I and II Semester examination. First semester April to Sept and II semester Oct to March.

♦ Four examinations including I st CPT and I semester examination will be conducted during I semester period of ( April to Sept ) and II CPT and II semester Examination during II and Semester Period of ( Oct to March.)

♦ A pupil absent from an examination without a genuine reason will be considered as having failed in it. In case of illness, the promotion will be based on the year's performance.

♦ All fees due (school fees) must be paid on time before the commencement of the examination.

♦ In case a student is found using unfair means during the assessments or the terminal examinations, he/she will be awarded zero in that paper and debarred from appearing for the rest of the papers.

♦ Results of the examination are final and will not be reconsidered. The answer papers of the annual examination will not be shown to anybody.
