* The calendar is a connecting link between the parents and the school. Occasional remarks from the teachers are conveniently sent through the pages of this diary and the parents are requested to do likewise.
* The co-operation and support of the parents are expected to ensure regularity and punctuality of the students in academics and other co-curricular activities of the school. Parents should see that their children prepare their lessons, do their home-work regularly and take an active and genuine interest in the activities of the school.
* Teachers are available for personal interviews in connection with any query concerning the progress, conduct and attendance of the students on the second Saturday of every month from 08.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. On other days a written sanction from the principal has to be obtained before contacting the teachers in urgency.
* Visitors are not allowed to interview the class teachers and pupils in their respective classrooms or otherwise during the school hours. In urgent cases, students may be contacted only through the school authorities.
*When communicating with the Principal, parents are requested to mention in their letters the name, class and section of the student.
*If a student is seriously ill or suffering from an infectious or contagious disease, she should not be sent to school.
*A leave application has to be submitted to the Principal immediately. On recovery, a doctor's certificate has to be produced stating that he/she is fully cured and is fit for attending the classes.
*Parents/guardians are requested to notify in writing any change in their address or telephone numbers to the school or to the Principal.
*Parents are expected to attend the Parents-Teachers Meeting regularly. Incase of any difficulty with regard to the functioning of the school or the progress of the student, the parents are encouraged to approach the Principal.
*No office business will be transacted on holidays and after office hours.
*No exam even the oral exams will be held before or after the given date. Parents are requested not to make unnecessary requests.
